The Big Biscuit is currently serving 32 locations in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma!
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations
  • Execute opening and closing procedures according to company standards
  • Ensure food quality, ticket times, and service flow meet brand expectations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and waste control
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
  • Provide performance feedback and uphold company policies
  • Manage labor deployment and staffing levels
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, cash handling, and deposits
  • Monitor KPIs and help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Promote a positive, team‑oriented culture

  • 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
