Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
  • Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents
  • Participate in the facility's budgeting process
  • Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively
  • Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration
