This role partners with leadership to support organizational goals by fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring legal compliance, and implementing effective people strategies. The HR Manager serves as a trusted resource for employees and management while promoting engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.

  • Training and development including, but not limited to, tracking and monitoring the electronic learning management system to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee benefits administration such as enrollment processing and resolving benefits-related inquires.
  • Manage the HRIS system and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in human resource management or related field, preferably in long-term care
  • Experience in processing payroll and payroll reporting
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professional with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable and dependable
