Job Summary:

The Human Resource Manager and Benefit Specialist is responsible for overseeing HR operations, compliance, talent management, and benefits administration, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, HR expertise, and a deep understanding of employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop HR policies and procedures.
  • Address all employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and conducting investigations as needed.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and workplace best practices, including leadership training and professional growth.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental/vision insurance, and leave policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions, claims, and enrollment processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend benefits options to enhance employee satisfaction and company competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations such as COBRA.

HR Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, benefits documentation, and compliance reports.

Talent & Performance Management:

  • Support recruitment and hiring efforts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Manage performance review processes and assist managers with employee development plans.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting engagement and recognition programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and benefits regulations.
  • Experience managing employee benefits programs and HR compliance.
