These internships typically involve working in various departments such as front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, recreation, or guest services. Interns have the opportunity to learn about daily resort operations, interact with guests from around the world, and develop valuable skills for future careers. Most programs are structured for a specific duration, often during peak seasons, and may offer compensation, housing, or other benefits.
