We are seeking an Account Resolution Specialist who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping individuals find realistic solutions.

This is not a high-pressure sales position or a traditional call center environment. We are looking for someone who communicates with confidence, builds trust quickly, and enjoys helping people resolve financial obligations.


What You Will Do

  • Speak with individuals by phone regarding outstanding accounts.
  • Listen carefully to each person's situation and identify practical solutions.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements within established guidelines.
  • Build rapport while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately document conversations and account activity.
  • Follow up with clients to help them stay on track with payment commitments.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve individual and firm goals.
