Position Overviewย 
Our rapidly growing business is seeking a self-motivatedย Regional Support Specialist.ย The person in this role mustย possessย outstanding customerย service,ย organizationย and follow-through skills. We are seeking a true leader who is also a team player with the ability to prioritize and undertake individualย andย team projects to resolve problems independentlyย and expeditiouslyย as well as buildย strongย customer relationships.ย ย This person will interact daily withย numerousย internalย partnersย toย improve the customersโ€™ experiencesย with Premiumย Guard.ย 

Keytย Responsibilitiesย 

  • Attending toย and managingย keyย nationalย accountsโ€™ย dailyย needs and requirementsย efficiently to achieveย maximumย customerย satisfactionย and revenue growthย 

  • Build relationshipsย throughoutย key national accountโ€™sย organizationย in the territory, as well as building relationships with their key customersย to provide the highest standard of serviceย 

  • Solicit new product introductions toย the key national accounts and their customersย 

  • Solicit and cultivate new business for the key national accounts in the territoryย ย 

  • Provideย product andย technical knowledge to customersย ย 

  • Will work with national accounts toย manage changeoversย andย secure unit box ordersย to grow revenueย 

  • Support,ย attendย andย participateย inย key nationalย accountโ€™sย open houses,ย trade shows,ย sales seminars, customer events, etc.ย 

  • Distribute marketing materials to installers on behalf of PGIย and/or the key national accountย 

  • Responsible for the analysis of reports, documents, and correspondence relating to the successful operation of the territory.ย Prepare regularly scheduled reports for internal management and customers.ย  This may include, but is not limited to call reports, customer correspondence, Power BI and Excel reports including sales dollars, unit sales, trend movement, shipments, inventory levels, orderย fill, etc.ย for the territory.ย ย 

  • Assistย key national accounts in setting up new storesย 

  • Regularlyย support customersโ€™ sales efforts with ride-alongsย to make professional installer sales callsย 

  • As required, meet directly withย installers and/or consumers to discuss specific product issuesย 

  • Perform all other job-relatedย tasksย assignedย 

Knowledge,ย Skillsย and Abilitiesย 

  • Must have a strong teamwork mentality as the key national accounts require a team of people to support and serve their needsย 

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracyย 

  • Professional, personable, and persuasiveย 

  • Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi- task efficientlyย ย 

  • Outstanding work ethicย 

  • Must have strong computer skills- including Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook/Teamsย 

  • Position is home basedย ย 

  • Extensive driving and air travelย isย required.ย ย Expect +/- 10 nights per month of travelย 

Education and Experienceย 

  • College Degreeย or equivalent work experienceย preferredย 

  • Must haveย 5+ years ofย regional sales experienceย
