Summary of Job:

To train, inspire and lead the Sales team to maximize every sales lead to the fullest, hold the sales team to following the organization's selling system as well as ensuring that all daily job requirements are done. The Sales Manager is responsible for day to day management of the Sales team with the primary focus of maximizing revenue while holding margins.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 or more years HVAC Sales Management experience preferred
  • Sales Management experience required
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing and financing concepts
  • A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel and Word is preferred, and the ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software is required
