The Business Development / Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales goals in the plumbing service and repair industry. This role will develop strategies to grow the company’s market share, build long-term partnerships, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The manager will represent the company in a manner consistent with our core values: Confident & Humble, Dependable & Transparent, Hardworking & Accountable, Cooperative, Professional, and Positive.

Compensation & Benefits

· Base compensation will be $50,000 / annually + up to 7% commission.
