This role is to manage the development of a laser based pointing system over a number of contracts. This Program Manger role will be focused on both execution and capture of follow-on efforts. Required Education, Experience, & Skills To be considered for this Program Manager position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience leading technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycle.

Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
