DEDICATION. STABILITY. PASSION.
Work hard. Have fun. Make a difference.
Residential Resources, Inc. is looking for a full-time, salaried House/Program Manager to oversee our 2-person staffed residence in Salem, NH.
This person would directly oversee the overall health and well-being of the individuals who live in the home and supervise all direct care staff working in this home. We are looking for a manager who prefers to work in a low-key, quiet home and likes to have a good time with the individuals they support. Someone with experience helping people either in the intellectual disability field or otherwise would be preferred.

Due to their personal care needs, these women kindly request that only female staff/managers apply to work with them.
Potential applicants should have an eye for detail, organization, and timeliness. They should be able to interpret regulations and ensure ongoing compliance in the homes on their caseload through home visits and ongoing communication with providers.
Experience with statewide certification, residential program oversight is preferred but not required; we will train the right person.
Possible weekend shift coverage and on-call duties apply in this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least three years as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
  • Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required.

BENEFITS:
  • Health, Dental & Life Insurance
  • 401 (k) Plan with company contribution
  • Generous Paid Leave Program
  • Employee Discounts
  • Employee Assistance Program
