Job description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio. The ideal candidate will assist with resident relations, property operations, leasing administration, vendor coordination, and administrative responsibilities while helping maintain a high standard of service and property performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations and administrative tasks.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with residents, vendors, and maintenance personnel.
  • Assist with leasing activities, including inquiries, applications, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Prepare notices, correspondence, reports, and other property documentation.
  • Assist with rent collection, account follow-up, and maintaining accurate resident records.
  • Conduct property inspections and help ensure common areas and units are maintained appropriately.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding scheduled work and property services.
  • Assist with resident retention, community events, and customer-service initiatives.
  • Support compliance with company policies, lease requirements, and applicable housing regulations.
  • Provide coverage for the Property Manager when needed.
  • Perform other duties related to property management and operations as assigned

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, real estate, hospitality, or a related customer-service field preferred.
