KidsPeace National Centers of New England has immediate openings for Full-Time and Part-Time Residential Childcare Specialists to work at its Graham Lake Residential Program located in Ellsworth, ME.
Responsibilities:
Childcare Specialists provide intensive supervision and direction to emotionally and behaviorally challenged children and adolescents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
This position requires an unwavering commitment to safety and the ability to continuously assess and manage ongoing developments and concerns of client care.
Childcare Specialists are responsible for implementing individualized treatment and milieu programming, in the context of trusting and supportive relationships with clients.
