What You'll Do

  • Assist the Residential Superintendent in managing residential roofing projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and job schedules to ensure projects run efficiently.
  • Perform job site inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Communicate with homeowners, Project Managers, crews, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the project.
  • Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor job progress and report project updates.
  • Assist with resolving job site issues and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verify materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and safe.
  • Complete job documentation, photos, and production reports using company software.
  • Participate in production, scheduling, and safety meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
  • Previous roofing or construction experience required; residential roofing experience preferred.
  • Leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read work orders, scopes of work, and manufacturer installation specifications.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds as needed.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer software.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Because this position involves driving, access to customer properties, and handling company equipment and materials, successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment.
