As a Residential Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding C Spire's presence through direct residential sales. You will engage potential customers through high-volume, door-to-door outreach to promote C Spire's suite of home and wireless services. RAEs are required to knock on hundreds of doors each month. This field-based position requires persistence, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills to convert prospects into customers and upgrade existing services. Your success will be measured through appointments, orders placed, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Inall ofyour duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

Maximize sales opportunities through various tactics such as door-to-door campaigns, cold calling campaigns, email campaigns, and working with various HOA organizations and key advocates to cover the minimum number of appointments per day.

Ensure each customer is given a personalized experience that integrates technology into their life with amazing ease and effectiveness.

Conduct highvolume, doortodoor (doorknocking) residential outreach to generate appointments, close sales, and upgrade existing services.

Submitordersthroughappropriate means.

Achieve customer satisfaction standards (CES surveys).

Achieve or exceed individual sales quota and customer retention goals eachmonth,contributing to the market goals whilemaintaininga high energy and highly motivated approach in selling.

Adhere to schedule requirements.Comply withestablished policies and procedures.

Performadditionalduties as assigned.

Four yeardegree or equivalent work experience

Previousoutside sales experience and/or prospecting experience

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to walk and stand forlong periodsof time in variable weather and be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand andto usetablet. Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Saturday and be punctual and dependable. Must be able toworkevenings and some holidays. Must be able to travel and work multiple locations across company footprint.
