Job Description

We are hiring aย Resident Relations Specialistย to join our centralized operations support team in the Denver Tech Center, CO. This team member will be responsible for managing the resident renewal and notice to vacate processes as well as assisting the onsite teams with additional administrative tasks revolving around current residents.ย 

Where You Will Work

Our corporate office is located in theย Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.ย 

AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, thereforeย this position will beย in-office 5 days a weekย to support central administrative operations.

What You Will Do

  • Supportย residents and community teams during the renewal process by generating and sending renewal offers, creating renewal lease documents, entering Noticeย to Vacate documents,ย and finalizing paperwork.ย 
  • Provide support to community managers by taking current resident calls and completing tasks that are delivered through centralized email boxes.ย 
  • Communicate with team members and residents, to ensure all post move outย processes are followed correctly.
  • Provideย system administration support to ensure accurate record keeping and investigateย and resolveย inaccuracies per Operations Manual requirements.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service orย administrative experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)ย 
  • Enjoys helping customersย inย aย fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to quicklyย learn and utilize multiple software applications andย data entry systems
  • Dependable and proven ability to work independently
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skillset with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Property management experienceย a plus
