Aspen Square Management is now hiring for a Resident Services Coordinator to join the office team at Legacy at West Cobb in Marietta, GA. This is a full-time position, which offers a competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including health, dental, vision, flexible spending, and 401k with company match.

Essential Department Functions: The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for creating a friendly and functional environment for everyone who lives at the community. In this role you will oversee intake, scheduling and management of service requests, special projects, and be the first friendly face residents interact with for maintenance concerns. As the Resident Services Coordinator, you will be supporting all facets of the on-site maintenance and office teams being a liaison between our maintenance teams and residents.

Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following as additional duties may be assigned:

  • Enters all new service requests, closes completed service requests, and follows up with resident(s) and maintenance team daily.
  • Responds to resident needs & coordinating service requests that involve tracking and proactively following up on service request concerns.
  • Interact with residents, service team and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Walk and assess property weekly.
  • Advertise, tour and market the community to prospective residents.
  • Serve and assist residents throughout application process.
  • Oversees compliance with lease terms.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the leasing and maintenance departments including but not limited to, Microsoft Office functions, scanning, copying, & filing, complying with proper notices for maintenance functions.
  • Facilitate database entry, organization, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in both sales and office administration.
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to re-prioritize, as needed, in a fast-paced environment
