What is a resident home?

Resident Home jobs typically refer to positions within residential care facilities, such as nursing homes, assisted living, or group homes. Employees in these settings help with personal care, medication management, activities, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment. Working in a resident home requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to improving quality of life for individuals who need assistance.
