Job description

Sawgrass Country Club's Reservation's Coordinator serves as the central reservations point and hospitality ambassador for the Club's Food and Beverage Department. This role ensures seamless coordination of dining and event reservations, warmly welcomes members and their guests, and provides personalized service that reflects the Beach Club's relaxed yet refined atmosphere. In addition to reservations, the Concierge manages the organization and distribution of Fit Fuel meals, assists with administrative tasks when needed, and serves as a trusted resource for information about Food and Beverage amenities, services, and activities.
Monday through Friday availability from 9am to 5pm.
$16-$20 per hour, based on experience.
Flexibility as needed, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays based on scheduled events or member needs.
Must be at least 18 years of age with preferred background in Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a gracious and personalized welcome to members and guests, greeting them by name and setting a warm tone for their Sawgrass experience.
  • Act as the central reservation hub for all dining and special events, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with the Management Team.
  • Receive, charge, organize, and distribute Fit Fuel meals to members efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Anticipate and handle member requests, from arranging special celebrations to sourcing unique items, with discretion and creativity.
  • Offer timely, accurate information about Sawgrass amenities, dining hours, services, and member events.
  • Anticipation of member needs and preferences across all Food and Beverage services.
  • Answer phones, teams communication, manage emails, and support administrative needs, ensuring that all correspondence is handled with professionalism and courtesy in a timely fashion.
  • Assists in phone banking for events and reservation confirmation in a timely fashion.
  • Assists as the Monday Card play and group liaison.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between members and Sawgrass leadership, relaying feedback and observations.
  • Uphold the Club's standard of refined hospitality, consistently going above and beyond to exceed member expectations.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
