This position offers the opportunity to lead complex research efforts that bring together healthcare providers, community stakeholders, researchers, and patient advocates to address critical public health challenges and advance evidence-based care.

Position SummaryThe Senior Research Program Manager will provide leadership for a multi-site research initiative, ensuring successful project execution from planning through dissemination. This individual will oversee operational strategy, research compliance, stakeholder engagement, data integrity, and team coordination while supporting the achievement of project objectives and funding requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong scientific expertise with exceptional leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.

Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategic Research Management

  • Direct day-to-day operations of a large research program
  • Develop implementation plans, timelines, and performance benchmarks
  • Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of key objectives
