Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental policies
- Assist Project Manager(s) in managing projects under direct supervision
- Support development and tracking of project performance metrics, budgets, and cost controls
- Assist with cost tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, and reporting
- Coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, and clients
- Support material procurement, submittals, and equipment tracking
- Assist with subcontractor coordination and contract compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation including billing, cost reporting, and scheduling records
- Support federal/state reporting and project correspondence as required
- Participate in construction meetings and contribute to project coordination
- Assist with proposals, estimates, and quantity take-offs
- Provide onsite administrative and project support for long-term assignments
- Assist with change management, productivity tracking, and project closeout activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 0-3 years of relevant experience (construction, industrial, or electrical preferred)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel nationwide and commit to long-term onsite projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with construction/project software is a plus)
