The Development Coordinator is responsible for providing critical database and research support to all elements of the agency's fundraising and volunteer efforts, and preparations for client activities and events. Location:This position is located at our NewPath Central Campus, 4721 Reading Rd. Research grant opportunities.Assist in coordinating logistical details for both internal activities/holidays and external special event.Oversee the Client Resource Center by maintaining inventory, coordinating supply needs with Development, and working with Finance to process orders.Entering, recording, storing, or maintaining information, especially donations, in electronic (CRM) form.Qualifications:Minimum qualifications include high school diploma/equivalent; bachelor's degree or college coursework in a human services-related field preferred.2 - 4 years' experience with a nonprofit organization, or 1 - 2 years' experience in development or related field strongly preferred.Comfort working with financial information.Excellent and proven communication skills, in person, in writing, and on the phone.Ability to meet shifting deadlines with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Comfort working independently and taking initiative to solve problems creatively.Excellent organizational skills and familiarity with database management.
