Job description

The Research amp; Development (R amp;D) Intern supports the R amp;D team in conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in the development of new products, processes, or technologies. This role provides hands-on experience in innovation, problem-solving, and technical research within a collaborative environment.
The Research amp; Development (R amp;D) Intern will:
  • Assist in planning and executing research experiments and tests
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from experiments and research activities
  • Support the development and improvement of products, processes, or systems
  • Conduct literature reviews and competitive research to support innovation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of findings
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and quality departments
  • Follow safety protocols, lab procedures, and company guidelines
  • Perform or assist with any additional assignments as required
The Research amp; Development (R amp;D) Intern requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or related discipline)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
