Work you'll Do
 
As an Analytics and Reporting Engineer you will be certified in Epic Clarity, Caboodle and either in EPIC Clinical Data Model or Revenue Data Model modules with ability to design, develop, and maintain extracts and reports within a hospital's Epic Access, has working experience in Nova notes and Epic upgrades in either Clinical Data Model or Revenue Data Model system and various healthcare information systems. Work on error handling in Epic. Experience in new Report builds like Reporting workbench, Slicer/Dicer and RADAR. Good to have experience in Azure DevOps.
 
  • Will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining extracts and reports within a hospital's Epic system and various healthcare information systems
  • Work on new Report builds like Reporting workbench, Slicer/Dicer and RADAR
  • Work on Epic upgrades and Nova Notes
  • This role will require to work on error handling in Epic including creating/modifications of error queues and using support utilities in Epic

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology,  Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Up to date EPIC Certified in Clarity, Caboodle and in either Epic Clinical Data Model or Revenue Data Model modules
  • 3-6 years of recent experience in Epic analytics and reporting enhancements, break-fixes and support activities
  • Experience with US healthcare reporting data models
  • Remote work with the ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Also, provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
 
 Preferred
  • Experience in new Report builds, Modifications and analysis on existing reports 
  • Good to have experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense or any other reporting tool
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and other regulations that impact hospitals and clinics preferred
