What's the role?
This supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of REMS' property management by leading the cleaning team. This position offers a fast-paced, ever-changing environment for someone who thrives on variety and responsibility. Job tasks could include:
  • Overseeing daily cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met
  • Providing direction and support to team members during assigned shifts
  • Performing hands-on cleaning and property upkeep when needed
  • Communicating effectively with management and team members across shifts
  • Notify management of any observed deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
  • Passionate about laundry, cleaning, and providing a spotless end product
  • Experience in a cleaning role is a plus, but not required
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Positive and collaborative demeanor
  • Ability to travel to various facilities for cleaning
