Site Safety Lead | Port Washington, WI

HazTek is hiring an experienced Site Safety Lead in Port Washington, WI to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.

  • Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
  • Conduct daily safety meetings
  • Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
  • Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Daily safety audits and inspections

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 - 7 years of construction safety experience required
  • OSHA 30 hour in Construction certification required
  • First Aid/CPR certified
  • OSHA 510 or BCSP certification strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting industrial, heavy commercial, manufacturing, energy, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.
  • Experience with steel erection, crane operations, rigging, and heavy lifting activities strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
