Purpose/Scope:

  • Keeps facility in clean and orderly condition by performing duties such as dusting, sweeping, moping, general cleaning/scrubbing, removing trash, and replenishing supplies daily.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dust, sweep, mop & remove trash in the reception area daily.
  • Dust, sweep, mop & remove trash in the Training room as needed; must review daily.
  • Sweep and remove trash in all office areas down stairs daily.
  • Sweep and remove trash in all office areas and common areas upstairs daily.
  • Clean, sweep, mop, remove trash & replenish dispensers in all restrooms upstairs daily.
  • Clean, sweep, mop, remove trash & replenish dispensers in office restroom downstairs daily.
  • Dust, sweep, mop and remove trash in USDA office area daily.
  • Clean, sweep, mop, remove trash & replenish dispensers in USDA restroom daily.
  • Sweep stairways to upstairs offices daily.
  • Clean, sweep, mop, remove trash & replenish dispensers in employee restrooms and wash station twice daily each restroom.
  • Remove trash, clean tables, sink, refrigerator and microwaves, & sweep floor in Break Room areas after each break.
