The CPO will ensure that all programs align with the Foundation's mission, strategic plan, and measurable impact goals while leading program innovation, quality improvement, and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with experience in nonprofit leadership, education, youth development, healthcare, workforce development, or community-based programming.

  • Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passion for youth empowerment and community impact.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an innovative and strategic leader who enjoys building programs from the ground up, developing high-performing teams, measuring impact, and creating opportunities that empower youth and young adults nationwide.

Position Structure

Youth RISE Foundation is currently expanding its leadership infrastructure and program portfolio.

Selected candidates will initially join as members of the Foundation's Founding Executive Leadership Team and contribute on a flexible basis, generally averaging 5–10 hours per week, depending on organizational needs and individual availability.
