  • Help shape marketing strategy and positioning for enterprise healthcare programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including healthcare experts and program leadership.
  • Support thought leadership opportunities such as media placements or industry publications.
  • Maintain messaging that balances scientific credibility with approachable, human-centered communication.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience writing in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or genomics.
  • Ability to simplify complex medical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with healthcare marketing, patient education, or health technology communication.
  • Strong strategic thinking and messaging development skills.
  • Ability to work closely with executives and subject-matter experts.
  • Professional presence suitable for occasional exposure to enterprise clients.
  • Empathy-driven writing style that connects with real patient concerns.
  • Preferred: background or coursework in biology, pharmacology, healthcare, or life sciences.
About the Client
The client is a healthcare innovation company focused on pharmacogenomics, the study of how genetic differences influence medication response.
Their platform enables patients to understand which medications they can safely metabolize and which alternatives may be more effective. By reducing adverse drug reactions and improving treatment effectiveness, the company aims to improve patient outcomes while reducing healthcare costs.
The company is currently piloting the platform with enterprise partners and preparing for large-scale deployment through employer healthcare programs.
