Job description

About Our Client

Our client is an established and highly profitable firm specializing in strategic consulting and redevelopment contracting for large real estate asset groups.

The Opportunity

The ownership's strategic goal is to aggressively scale the consulting division, targeting a 5x growth multiplier over the next few years. Naviga has been retained to identify a senior, proven sales professional and 'hunter' who can head up a brand new division.

The role is designed for a self-reliant, entrepreneurial 'doer' who will operate largely independently, reporting directly to the owner. Critically, this is viewed as a long-term investment with a clear path to transition into a Division Executive Leadership with success.

What You Will Do
  • Prospect and close large-scale deals independently, bringing in a book of business or strong Rolodex to contribute to growth above the current baseline.

  • Grow the division's multi-family business line, and expand into otherreal estate asset classes such as industrial, commercial, retail, hospitality/hotels, and medical/healthcare.

  • Effectively sell to C-level executives and asset managers by focusing on ROI, cap-rate uplift, and portfolio value.

  • Be able to "talk shop" with on-site construction managers regarding materials, execution logistics, pre-con meetings, and punch lists.

  • Recruit and build out a team later on, if and when necessary, to support the growth of your business.

  • Manage your own schedule and activities, being comfortable with a remote, unsupervised role, and updating on metrics.

Who You Are
  • Must be a heavy entrepreneurial, resourceful, and self-reliant individual with a "hunter" mentality.

  • Must be able to operate successfully with little to no supervision. This role is designed for an individual who needs little direction or internal infrastructure and has a track record of proven success in that environment.

  • Proven success selling into real estate owners withinmulti-family.

  • Experienced in opening doors across asset classes within large owner portfolios (e.g., Blackstone, Greystar, Brookfield, JP Morgan).

  • Able to combine relational selling with strong financial fluency (ROI/cap-rate uplift).

  • Must be a problem-solver for owners/property managers, not a product-feature salesperson.

  • Self-starter, Type-A, highly accountable, comfortable with a remote-friendly, high-intensity, results-driven environment, and willing to put egos and feelings aside

Theideal candidateis a highly accountable, charismatic, and growth-oriented individual who operates with total autonomy. This is someone who has a proven track record, potentially with an established book of business or more, and is looking for an environment with less corporate red tape where they can truly lead and profit from their own success.

Why Join the Team?

This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial, high-performing seller to step into a confidential, high-impact role with the explicit, long-term potential to become a Division President. You will report directly to the owner and be given the freedom to build a business unit focused on new market penetration and services. Compensation is structured to be "high-end" market pay, including a competitive base salary (high six figures, open), a KPI-based bonus, and unique commission participation on revenue growth above the current baseline. For the right individual, the owner is willing to pay more and is highly flexible on compensation and structure to reward success. You will enjoy a remote-friendly, results-driven culture where freedom/flexibility is provided if results are delivered.
