  • Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development activities to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Manage a diverse case load efficiently while employing evidence-based practices in your therapeutic approach.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a multi-faceted approach to client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Our commitment to cultural competence ensures that you will work with clients to provide tailored care that respects their unique experiences and perspectives. As a remote therapist, you will leverage digital tools to connect with your clients, ensuring a supportive and accessible environment regardless of distance.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, preferences include candidates who have experience in telehealth services, familiarity with electronic health records systems, and specific training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits
