This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key leadership role in a complex banking integration. You will work directly with senior stakeholders and help shape the success of a critical M&A initiative, driving visibility, structure, and execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Identify, track, and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and cross-program dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, compliance, and vendor partners
  • Oversee vendor onboarding and integration milestones, ensuring alignment on deliverables and expectations
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving processes and environments
  • Anticipate challenges and "see around corners" to prevent delivery risks before they occur
  • Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure successful execution through integration and stabilization phases

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of Project / Program Management experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Proven experience supporting bank integrations, mergers & acquisitions, or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream programs in regulated environments
  • Experience working closely with Vendor Management and third-party partners
  • Strong expertise in building and maintaining detailed project plans and driving execution
  • Deep experience with risk management, including tracking and resolving issues and dependencies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior and executive leadership
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments (banking, capital markets, etc.)

Key Attributes for Success

  • Highly curious and detail-oriented - asks questions, challenges assumptions, and digs into the "why"
  • Strong ownership mindset - takes full accountability for outcomes and delivery
  • Forward-thinking - proactively anticipates risks and dependencies
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - thrives in fast-moving, undefined environments
  • Excellent communicator - translates complexity into clear actions and decisions
  • Strong organizational discipline with the ability to balance detail and strategic execution

Preferred/Nice to Have

  • Experience with core banking systems or financial platforms
  • Exposure to Integration Management Office (IMO) structures or M&A playbooks
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
