Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Reflective Peaceful Vision Counseling, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on the unique requirements and preferences of each client.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while also documenting progress towards treatment goals.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to provide cohesive and holistic care.
  • Participate actively in peer review meetings and case consultations to continually enhance treatment quality and share insights with colleagues.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available within the community to promote understanding and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest in mental health research and best practices, continuously integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.
  • Manage a full caseload efficiently while adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychiatric disorders. Qualifications
