Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Reflective Peaceful Vision Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on the unique requirements and preferences of each client.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while also documenting progress towards treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to provide cohesive and holistic care.
• Participate actively in peer review meetings and case consultations to continually enhance treatment quality and share insights with colleagues.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available within the community to promote understanding and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in mental health research and best practices, continuously integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.
• Manage a full caseload efficiently while adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychiatric disorders. Qualifications

We require the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting with an emphasis on delivering psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy methods and a solid understanding of contemporary mental health interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate various clinical situations effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have experience in community health settings and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Prior experience in working with specific client populations, such as children or at-risk adults, will be an advantage.
