Position Overview

Reflective Peaceful Vision Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position based out of our community health clinic located in Chino, California. As a vital member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare, assisting individuals and families in navigating through their mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Provide therapeutic support to couples and families, facilitating sessions that may involve both group and individual therapy.
• Utilize various therapeutic approaches to address complex issues such as: alcohol abuse, grief, conflict resolution, divorce, and communication difficulties.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client and family.
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges. Typical issues you will address include:

• Alcohol Abuse
• Physical/Psychological Abuse
• Grief and Loss
• Family Conflicts
• Adjustments to Separation and Divorce
• Parent-Child Relationship Issues
• Communication Barriers

By offering tailored interventions, you will help your clients navigate their issues and foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience working with diverse populations in various therapeutic settings. Familiarity with telehealth practices is a plus, as is the ability to manage a flexible schedule that allows for 30 hours or more of direct client-facing work per week.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
