As a minority investor, we write checks of up to $3 million USD, providing not only financial backing but also a strategic edge through our proprietary lead generation platform.

We partner with startups that are poised to take full advantage of this tool, typically focusing on those with $400K to $600K in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and significant growth potential. Beyond capital, our value‐add comes in the form of hands‐on mentorship, strategic guidance, and operational support.

BDev Ventures is backed by the founders of BairesDev. The Investment Associate role is in the sourcing team at BDev Ventures, responsible for sourcing great startups, presenting deal opportunities to leadership, and facilitating the beginning of a possible investment. What you will do: Source great startups that fit our investment criteria.

Develop initial relationships with startups and work together with leadership to pursue potential investment opportunities. Represent BDev Ventures in the startup ecosystem, building relationships and promoting our brand. Use outstanding communication skills to present to and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Create frequent reviews and reports with financial data. What we are looking for: Experience working in venture capital or directly with startups in an adjacent industry (e.g. accelerator).
