Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality psychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide therapy to patients coping with terminal illnesses and their families.
  • Provide support and counseling services to patients facing emotional, social, and financial challenges associated with hospice care.
  • Work closely with the healthcare team—including physicians, nurses, and other therapists—to create integrated patient care strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and their families, offering guidance and advocacy to navigate end-of-life decisions.
  • Participate in staff orientation and ongoing training initiatives as needed, ensuring that new team members are well-prepared to meet patient needs.

Qualifications
