We're looking for Prompt Writers to craft original, inventive, and genuinely challenging prompts that push AI models to their limits — helping make them smarter, safer, and more capable for millions of users worldwide.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and a creative mind. No technical background, coding experience, or AI expertise required — just an ability to think broadly, write clearly, and ask great questions.

What You'll Do

  • Craft original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics — from logic and science to ethics, creativity, and everyday life
  • Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, accuracy, and creativity
  • Create prompts specifically designed to probe edge cases, expose weaknesses, and surface unexpected behaviors
  • Write prompts that assess AI responses for safety, helpfulness, and factual integrity
  • Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision and consistency
  • Iterate on your prompts based on project feedback and evolving research needs
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
