• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing established guidelines and best practices.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and goals of each client, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches that result in meaningful outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to create a cohesive care plan that includes psychiatric consultations, support services, and case management.
• Provide education and guidance to clients’ families, fostering engagement and understanding in the recovery journey.
• Maintain precise and compliant documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress in line with regulatory standards.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, while a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of treatment methodologies for various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with clients and the treatment team.

• At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field, ideally in a detox or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment plans.
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions, particularly with women facing mental health challenges.

• Competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
