Position Summary: Leads and manages all sales activities to achieve company revenue and growth objectives. This role is responsible for developing strategic sales plans within current and expanding client base in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado.
Essential Functions:
โ€ข Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals and market opportunities.
โ€ข Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities, adjust pricing strategies, and optimize sales margins.
โ€ข Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and performance metrics.
โ€ข Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers to support business growth.
โ€ข Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing, operations, and customer service.
โ€ข Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analyses to senior leadership.
โ€ข Oversee product positioning, standardization, and simplification to ensure profitability.
โ€ข Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to promote brand visibility and expand market presence.
