• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or other relevant modalities as appropriate.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation to comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical staff, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Provide education on mental health topics to empower patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of treatment options and coping strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research trends and advances in the mental health field.

As an LCSW at Insight Therapies, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This diversity requires a compassionate and flexible approach, utilizing a range of therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of New York.
• Strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, demonstrating effective and adaptive treatment capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficient problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly working with diverse populations dealing with a variety of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic interventions is advantageous.
• Prior experience in collaborating in multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
