• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health, emotional challenges, and relational dynamics through virtual assessments.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals, based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and couples therapy, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based methodologies.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to reflect ongoing developments and challenges.
• Create and maintain accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Be available to provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
• Commit to ongoing professional growth and stay current with advancements in marriage and family therapy practices through training and development opportunities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines governing therapy practice to protect client information.
• Empower clients to advocate for themselves by providing them with resources and tools essential for their recovery journey.
• Encourage self-care practices among clients to promote overall wellness and prevent burnout.

You will work with a diverse patient population encompassing various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. The role requires sensitivity and adaptability to address the unique issues presented by each client, striving to foster a therapeutic alliance that encourages open dialogue and healing.

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada is necessary.
• Strong therapeutic skills, including experience providing individual and couples therapy.
• Proficient in writing clear, concise, and accurate assessments and treatment documentation.

• Demonstrated experience working with a variety of age groups and specific therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is preferred.
• A passion for professional development and staying abreast of current practices in marriage and family therapy.
