Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health, emotional challenges, and relational dynamics through virtual assessments.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals, based on assessment findings.
  • Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and couples therapy, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based methodologies.
  • Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to reflect ongoing developments and challenges.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Be available to provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
