Job Description Job Title: Project Engineer - Solid Waste Location: St. Louis, MO Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer specializing in Solid Waste to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, MO.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in solid waste management and engineering, with the ability to manage projects from conception through completion. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, adherence to regulations, and sustainable waste management solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage solid waste management projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction oversight.

- Develop and implement waste management strategies that align with environmental regulations and sustainability goals. - Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the best waste management practices. - Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for solid waste facilities and infrastructure.

- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental scientists, contractors, and government agencies.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project staff. - Evaluate and implement innovative waste reduction and recycling technologies. - Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
