DMB Solutions LLC DBA Chicago Crushr is a fast-growing waste management company that helps our customers reduce disposal costs through our unique compaction services for open-top dumpsters. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service while building long-term partnerships with our clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 1099 Outside Sales Representative to join our team and grow our customer base through meaningful, solution-oriented partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate New Business: Identify and engage prospects, including commercial businesses, construction companies, and property managers, to promote our compaction services.

  • Build and Manage Sales Pipelines: Use CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent growth from initial contact to deal closure.

  • Develop Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and secure referrals.

  • Understand Customer Needs: Assess waste management challenges and provide tailored solutions that offer cost savings and increased efficiency.

  • Prepare Proposals: Develop detailed, persuasive proposals and quotes that demonstrate the value of our services over competitors.

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Monitor competitors, local market trends, and pricing strategies to position our services effectively.

  • Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and promptly address any client issues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: Experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in waste management, logistics, environmental services, or a related field.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to present solutions effectively and build trust.

  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships.

  • Self-Starter with a Hunter Mentality: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for securing new business.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of assessing customer needs and recommending the most cost-effective solutions.

  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with customer relationship management tools (experience with Wingmate or Jobber is a plus).

  • Valid Driver’s License: This role requires travel within the Chicagoland area to meet clients and prospects.

  • Own Vehicle Required: Reliable transportation is essential for traveling to client locations. Mileage or vehicle expenses will not be reimbursed.

Work Schedule:

  • 1099 Contractors are expected to manage their own schedules.
