Title: Warehouse Management Systems(WMS) Analyst
Remote- 50 % travel is required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain, focusing on supply chain and distribution operations.
  • Possess strong knowledge of WMS processes and operations, including end-to-end system integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems.
  • Analyze complex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee software implementation and rollout activities, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations-to drive project success.
  • Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment activities to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, concise language.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT business analysis within WMS and related supply chain domains.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
