Job description

GovSG is seeking a SAP ERP MOCAS Scrum Team Member (FI/FM) to support SAP FI/MM operations through ticket resolution, basic configuration support under guidance, master data validation, and testing/documentation for procurement processes.
This position is remote but based out of Washington D.C..
Position Duties:
  • Triage and resolve common FI/MM tickets (purchase requisitions/orders, goods receipts, pricing errors, release strategy blocks) using runbooks.
  • Validate and help maintain FI/MM master data: material master, vendor data inputs, purchasing info records, source lists, and purchasing conditions (as applicable).
  • Assist with basic configuration tasks under supervision (e.g., purchasing document types, tolerances, simple release strategy updates).
  • Support testing: write/execute test scripts for procure-to-pay (P2P) scenarios, log defects, retest fixes.
  • Produce user documentation: job aids, SOPs (standard operating procedures), and training support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for defects/enhancements (RICE: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) with clear functional requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned
Position Required
  • DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
  • Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
  • Understanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operations
Salary: $75,000- $117,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate will vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
