Job Title: Product Environmental Compliance Coordinator Location: Flower Mound, TX or Portage, MI or San Jose, CA Type: 6 month contract Compensation: $34.13/hr Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Hours: 40.0

Overview The Product Environmental Compliance Coordinator (Contractor) supports product environmental compliance initiatives by ensuring products meet global regulatory requirements, including RoHS, REACH, POPs, WEEE, and California Proposition 65. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate compliance data, coordinating supplier documentation, supporting cross-functional projects, and providing reporting that enables informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Endoscopy Division’s Product Environmental Compliance program by ensuring products meet global environmental regulations such as RoHS, REACH, POPs, WEEE, and California Proposition 65.
  • Maintain accurate compliance data, coordinate supplier outreach, and support time-sensitive projects.
  • Prepare reports that track progress and support decision-making.
  • Extract and reconcile data from multiple systems, manage submissions to third-party compliance evidence providers.
  • Research and respond to customer or sales-related compliance inquiries, revise compliance documentation.
  • Support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to organize and execute project tasks.
  • Work directly with suppliers to obtain and review environmental compliance evidence.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF, and formulas.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and adapt to changing workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Power BI knowledge a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in data analysis or related field.
  • Experience working across teams and supporting compliance activities.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of work routines and procedures in the discipline.
