Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a PART-TIME Administrative position located in New York Mills, MN 56567 zip code.

Pay Rate: $20.50 - 23.00/HR (based on experience)

Shift: Mon – Fri 20-25 hours (flexible days and hours)

3+ months

 

Summary:

Provides administrative and operational support for Human Resources programs and processes. This role assists with onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance activities while delivering excellent customer service to employees and managers

 

Job Description:

  • Scanning and electronic filing, assembling new hire folders, assisting applicants with online applications

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and supporting candidate communications.

  • Maintain employee personnel records.

  • Assist with benefits enrollment, and HR transactions.

  • Support HR programs, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of HR systems and reports.

  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field PREFERRED/NOT REQUIRED

  • 1-3 years of HR, administrative, or related experience.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Pay Details: $20.50 to $23.00 per hour
