Position Summary

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Prep and sort documents by document type.

  • Scan incoming document batches and move to a final staging folder.

  • Print outgoing mail items as needed, using production printers and postage equipment.

  • Manually sort and post outgoing mail with the strictest control to insure no PHI violation occurs.


Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of data entry experience.

  • Computer knowledge, data entry, and mailroom skills.

  • Previous Microsoft Excel knowledge.

  • Must be willing to go onsite M-F in Plymouth, MN.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a team atmosphere.


Education

  • High school education or equal health insurance experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
