Job description

UAT Tester

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading organization seeking a UAT Tester to support the implementation and testing of a Master Data Management (MDM) application. This role will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, validating system functionality and data accuracy, documenting defects, and ensuring business requirements are met across integrated systems. The ideal candidate will have QA/UAT testing experience, strong analytical skills, and experience using Azure DevOps. Open to fully remote candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
  • Perform manual functional, integration, and end-to-end testing while validating data accuracy across downstream systems.
  • Document, track, and verify defect resolution while collaborating with project stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in QA, UAT, or software testing environments, including test case development and execution.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Pay Range: Hourly $35.00 to $40.00
