The position is fully remote, allowing our therapists to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' trauma histories and diagnose relevant mental health conditions.
  • Devise and implement individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to the unique needs of each patient, focusing on trauma recovery and development of coping mechanisms.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)—to facilitate effective healing processes.
  • Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment where patients can share their experiences and learn valuable coping strategies.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and various healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided to all patients.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available mental health resources.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential case documentation in accordance with both legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities centered around trauma-informed care.
  • Continuously update knowledge of the latest trauma treatment methodologies and clinical practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including survivors of abuse or neglect, service members, and those dealing with serious psychiatric conditions related to traumatic events. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
