The Manager Trauma System Registry will provide leadership and management for the trauma system registry. Ensures that all regulatory and accreditation requirements and standards are met including Colorado/Kansas Department of Public Health and Environment and the American College of Surgeons requirements.

This position is open to remote/out of state candidates residing in only these states:

  • Alabama- Arizona- Arkansas- Colorado - Florida- Georgia - Idaho- Indiana  - Iowa- Kansas - Kentucky- Louisiana 
  • Missouri- Mississippi- Nebraska- New Mexico - Nevada - North Carolina - Ohio- Oklahoma- South Carolina 
  • South Dakota- Tennessee- Texas- Utah - Virginia- West Virginia - Wyoming

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries required

  • Bachelor’s degree Nursing/Healthcare related field required or equivalent experience.
  • Master Degree Nursing Preferred Nursing or other related graduate field of study highly desirable.
  • 5 years of previous leadership experience required.
  • 5 years trauma registrar/coding experience required.
  • QI or data management experience is highly desirable
  • Have a track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics

Physical Requirements-Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
